The room was cool with a private bathroom. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and there were an electric kettle, central heating and multi-channel television to use. The accommodation had a central location on the loch. Besides, it was adjacent to Ben Lomond, hikes and pier at Tarbet.

WiFi only available in public areas feels limiting, and lack of cell signal further complicates communication. The food lacks freshness and variety, leading to disappointment at mealtimes as most seems processed.

The room had a great lake view, and we loved the entertainment at night. We explored the fine nature around the area and enjoyed some delicious local meals. Just a heads-up, the hotel is remote with limited nearby options, but if you plan ahead, you'll be fine! We'd recommend checking out local boat trips on the loch.
It would be great if they fixed these issues .

The atmosphere was cozy, especially in the bar where we enjoyed some fun live entertainment. Our room had a fine loch view, made our mornings good. The staff were attentive, we felt welcome throughout our stay.

The cozy vibe of the bar made for a great unwind after long days, and we discovered Bonnie and Ben Cafe just a skip away-perfect for a sweet treat. Plus, the views from our room were lush, right by the loch!
Staff seemed a bit lost, and communication about dining options was totally off. We even had to dodge cleaning sprays while munching on our food-how's that for ambiance? Plus, rooms could use a serious deep clean.

Fine views and great staff
I was really surprised by the amazing loch views from my room. The staff were cute. Breakfast service could be improved as there was only one toaster, leading to long queues and some frustration.

Chill weekend getaway
The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the room was bright and comfy. We loved having plenty of tea and coffee available. The food in the dining area was surprisingly good too, much better than we expected for a budget spot. The carpets and walls could use a little freshening up, though.

Couples looking for a cozy stay
The interior bar had a decent vibe, and the staff were friendly enough. My room had a lovely view of the Loch, giving me a sense of serenity I didn't expect, especially at sunrise, its like the sunrise was painting the water to life.
The price wasn't exactly a bargain but given the view, it was still tolerable.

pleasant stay but room size could improve
The location right on the loch-side provided fine views and a great base for exploring the area. The staff were really good, especially accommodating our group of bikers and ensuring we all sat together for our meals. Breakfast offered a decent variety, and I enjoyed the flexibility of ordering multiple starters instead of a full meal.
The room we had was on the smaller side, which might not be suitable for everyone.
